I have used McAfee Total Protection for some four years now and have never seen anything to doubt its efficacy. It contains some good tools and I like the way it scans on start-up and tells you so. Installation was a tad tricky if you have an account with McAfee but by choosing to install it as a completely ‘new install’, installation was pretty seamless, deleting the old McAfee on board, and setting up a brand new 366 days of cover from the date of installation, so you can diarise that for next year! Plus I can immediately install in my second PC while I am at it as there is a 5 PC allowance.

Used Mcafee for over 10 yrs without a glitch. Perfect protection for numerous devices. Easy to install and easy to use. Can’t ask for more. My only gripe is why Mcafee doesn’t offer the same deals to renew membership as other supplies of the same software are much more competitively priced.

McAfee is an established name that I have always use. I have never experienced any problem. It does what itis design to do. Having a trusted name brand gives me the confidence that I need when on line. It is reliable for checking activities on line to ensure you keep safe and fully protected while browsing the internet. I am happy with using their product.

I am being very honest about this Item and had I only been going to use this on one device it would have got 5 stars. It installed perfectly on the first device and works great. When I came to install it on a subsequent device it came up something went wrong. It didn’t tell me what went wrong but used up one of my five addresses. I tried again and the same thing happened so that was two lives lost. The third time it happened I contacted the McAfee support line online and eventually had to give their agent remote access to my laptop to install it for me have to say their support staff were very good and installed it in the space of about an hour. Nevertheless this is a good product and the price is very good it’s just a shame that I had to lose two lives and get a techi to install it for me. I would recommend it though and will buy it again myself next year.
